Ricky Tims has spent much of his life traveling the world as an internationally acclaimed quilter, musician, photographer, teacher, and speaker. His career has taken him around the globe, and over the years he has organized and led numerous group tours—experiences that taught him that memorable journeys are not simply about where you go, but how you experience a place and the people with whom you share it.
Portugal-born Hugo Dos Santos brings his own distinctly European perspective to the adventure. A gifted photographer, engaging traveler, and speaker of six languages, Hugo has a natural curiosity about people, cultures, food, and the world around him. He’s also an accomplished chef—so discovering what a destination tastes like can be every bit as interesting as discovering what it looks like.
